HOHNER ECONOMY 25-40 Stitching Machine

The machine handles stitching thicknesses up to 25 mm when clenched and 40 mm when stubbed. Therefore, it is suitable even for thick pads and booklets. It supports round wire (No. 21 to 30, 0.80–0.35 mm) and flat wire (No. I to VI). In addition, it allows the use of loop stitching parts up to 3 mm. This makes it perfect for items like calendars or ring-bound blocks.
Moreover, the stitching speed reaches 206 stitches per minute. This means high productivity with consistent results. The working table measures 700 x 240 cm, and the height is 880 mm. As for the machine’s dimensions, it is 840 x 570 mm, with a total height of 1540 mm. The insertion depth is approx. 95 mm for pad stitching and 290 mm for saddle stitching. Finally, the 0.55 kW three-phase motor (230/400 V, 50 Hz) ensures stable operation and low energy consumption.
